It is our goal to help you make breakthroughs and reach the next level. We offer a variety of both group and individual training packages to best fit your needs for BASEBALL & GOLF instruction. Our clients range from current Professional & Division I College athletes to youth league players.

BASEBALL HITTING PROGRAM
This is a five to ten week program that meets at least once per week & each workout is between 30 to 6o minutes. Our program will build a solid foundation both mentally & physically in each player. You have the option of doing this on an individual or group basis. A total of at least 2 players are needed to form a group and they all must be present for every workout. Coaching choices include Billy, Brett, Kory, Troy or Spencer.
Each workout includes the following:
- Program consists of our 6 absolutes of hitting
- Core conditioning and strength training
- Personal analysis of each lesson
- Recommended drills for at home practice
Options
- Group Package $199 per player
- Individual Package $299
BASEBALL CATCHING PROGRAM
This is a five to ten week program that meets at least once per week & each workout is between 30 to 6o minutes. Our program will build a solid foundation both mentally & physically in each player. You have the option of doing this on an individual or group basis. A total of at least 2 players are needed to form a group and they all must be present for every workout. Billy is currently our only catching instructor.
Each workout includes the following:
- Program covers all aspects of the catching position
- Core conditioning and strength training
- Personal analysis of each lesson
- Recommended drills for at home practice

BASEBALL PITCHING PROGRAM
This is a five to ten week program that meets at least once per week & each workout is between 30 to 6o minutes. Our program will build a solid foundation both mentally & physically in each player. Coaching choices include Billy or Jon.

- Techniques and drills used by the National Pitching Association
- Core conditioning and strength training
- Personal analysis of each lesson
- Recommended drills for at home practice

CACTUS PRACTICE
Learn new techniques by allowing one of our professional instructors to come out and run your practice. Your team coaches assist us in creating a smooth and easy implementation of the new information given to your team. We will customize each practice to best fit your team’s needs.
A team practice includes the following:
- Advanced hitting techniques
- Mechanics to improve velocity & control
- Implementation of new position specific drills
- Proper stretching and running techniques
- Speed and agility training exercises
- Core conditioning and strength training
- Advice on practice organization and time management

- one hour practice $75
- two hour practice $125
GOLF INSTRUCTION PROGRAM
This is a five to ten week program that meets at least once per week & each workout is between 30 to 6o minutes. Our program will build a solid foundation both mentally & physically in each player. You have the option of doing this on an individual or group basis. A total of at least 2 players are needed to form a group and they all must be present for every workout. Kendall is currently our only golf instructor.
Each workout includes the following:
- Program tailored to your specific golf needs
- Core conditioning and strength training
- Personal analysis of each lesson
- Recommended drills for at home practice

SPEED & AGILITY/STRENGTH & CONDITIONING PROGRAM
This is a five to ten week program that meets at least once per week & each workout is between 30 to 6o minutes. Our program will build a solid foundation both mentally & physically in each player. You have the option of doing this on an individual or group basis. A total of at least 2 players are needed to form a group and they all must be present for every workout. Coaching choices include Billy or Jon.
Each workout includes the following:
- Proper running technique & speed enhancement exercises
- Agility drills using cones, ladders & hurdles
- Core conditioning and strength training using body weight and medicine balls
- Personal analysis of each lesson
- Recommended drills for at home practice
