Teen Impact
Teen Impact is an athletic ministry targeted towards teenage athletes in the Phoenix area. We have professional athletes come in and share Christian principles and positive messages two times per month. This is completely free & there is no need to register. Food is provided and the meeting is from 6:00pm-7:30pm. We meet in a private room at Barro’s Pizza which is located on 7th Street & Coral Gables, which is just North of Thunderbird. The basic format is we hang out and eat for the first 45 minutes. There is a TV in the room if people want to watch a game. Around 6:45pm the guest speaker will have the floor for 30 minutes. After that we will have a period of about 15 minutes where the teens are encouraged to let us know what they liked about the message that was given. We have a tremendous group of men who speak to the youth. Including the guest speaker there will be other professional athletes who will be attending on different nights acting as a support system for our organization.
