Brett Fischer, PT, ATC, CSCS- Brett is the owner of Fischer Sports Physical Therapy and Conditioning in Phoenix, AZ. He is one of the most respected physical therapists in the United States and currently trains and rehabilitates many professional athletes, specializing in Major League Baseball and the National Football League. In the fall of 2008 he was added to the staff of the Arizona Cardinals an assistant trainer to the football team. Brett is also the inventor of the most effective and functional abdominal device sold nationally and internationally, the “AB Dolly Plus”.
Tom House, PhD- Considered by many to be the “Father of Modern Pitching Mechanics,” he has dedicated the last 20 years of his life to performing research about all aspects of pitching. Tom has played and coached at the Major League level and is the current pitching coach at the University of Southern California. He is also the founder of the National Pitching Association, located in San Diego, CA and the Rod Dedeaux Research For Baseball Institute, which is on the campus of USC.
Andre Wadsworth- Andre, a former professional football player, was the 3rd overall pick in the 1998 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals. He was an All-American defensive end at Florida State University and was inducted into the college’s Hall of Fame in 2004. Andre has been very successful in the business world with past ownerships of car dealerships, fast food restaurants as well as an arena football team. He is a tremendous man of faith and is the co-founder of Desert Life Church of Scottsdale, AZ.
Jim Reid- Jim is an emerging leader in the business world and the community. In August 2009 he took on a position with the Louisiana State University Athletic Department as a special adviser to the baseball team. While in Phoenix he utilized his passions for service, teaching and helping others as a financial professional with Merrill Lynch. Jim still advises pro athletes, families, individuals, investors and business owners on a daily basis and takes pride in helping them build their family legacies. A former student-athlete and school record holder with the University of Iowa baseball team, Jim is active in the Phoenix community as a committee member to the Tostitos Fiesta Bowl, a Board of Director to the Fans Across America Charitable Foundation and as a Board of Director to the University of Iowa Alumni Association’s Phoenix Chapter.
Steve Stanley- Steve, a second round draft pick in 2002 by the Oakland A’s, spent five years in the organization before making his home in Scottsdale, AZ. Prior to playing professionally, he spent four years at the University of Notre Dame where he was a consensus first team All American in 2002 and led the Irish to their first College World Series berth in over 50 years. He was the Big East Player of the Year two years in a row and led the Cape Cod Summer Collegiate league in hitting in 2000. Steve now owns his own growing Farmers Insurance agency in Scottsdale.
T.P. Waligora- T.P. is one of the brightest young minds in pitching today. During his successful pitching career he set the saves record while at the College of William & Mary and was a 15th round selection in the draft by the Chicago Cubs. T.P. played professionally for 8 seasons, which included 2 minor league championships and his 6′8″, 250 pound frame intimidated batters before they even left the dugout. He is the co-founder of Champion Baseball Camps and has 14 years of coaching experience which includes serving as the current pitching coach for Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA.
Danny Putnam- Danny is a current outfielder in the San Diego Padres organization. He was originally drafted by the Oakland A’s in the supplemental first round in 2004 and made his Major League debut in April of 2007. Prior to playing professionally, he spent three years at Stanford University where he was a first team All American in 2004. In 2001 he was a High School All-American and was named the California state player of the year. Danny is a tremendous hitting coach and helped us build a hitting model in the winter of 2008 that we use with many of our players today.
